The Flin Flon Public Library is currently seeking an individual for the position of Library Clerk.
The successful candidate would be a reliable self-starter who is able take direction and work as part of a team, has initiative, and takes pride in their work.
We are looking for a candidate with the following:
• Experience working with the public
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and social media platforms
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to be discreet and manage confidential information
• Open to new learning experiences
• Any post-secondary education or library experience an asset
Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Registry Check will be required.
Salary range dependant on knowledge, skills, qualifications, and previous experience.
This position requires a candidate available Monday to Friday for 52 hours a pay period.
Monday-Thursday 12:00 pm-6:00 pm, Friday 12:00 pm-4:00 pm
